Hi my name is Becky and I look forward to becoming your Personal Travel Counsellor.
Having been in the travel industry for the past 16 years I have been fortunate to travel to many destinations including : Europe, North Africa, Caribbean, North America and have also experienced cruising in the Med and Caribbean. My favourite personal holiday was taking my 2 children to Lapland in search of Santa. My future travel wish list is extensive with Australia, Thailand and Hong Kong being just some of the destinations I am yet to see !
The Travel Counsellor name is becoming more and more widely known in the UK, this is due to the fantastic technology available to the 700+ home based Travel Counsellors and in recognition of this we were awarded the 'Queens Award for Enterprise' in 2003, also we were the first travel agency to provide a financial trust for the protection of our customers monies.
Travel Counsellors prides itself on its customer service levels, and this is one of the main reasons that I joined them. Customer services to me is paramount to the success of my business and this has recently been recognised by Travel Counsellors in me being nominated for the Best Telesales to Personal Travel Counsellor in 2005 and also being awarded Gold status as a travel counsellor in October 2005 which I still maintain.
Since I joined Travel Counsellors 3 years ago the number of companies we use has steadily increased to over 300, this ranges from large tour operators to specialist operators. The vast range of holidays that I book is immense so don't be afraid to ask for something different as I will always try and fulfill your needs, I do pride myself on my specialist area in arranging overseas weddings and honeymoons of which I have arranged many.
